Pricing FAQ

Is the Homeowner tier free?
Yes — the Homeowner tier is free to use, no account or card required. Pro and Studio are paid monthly subscriptions that unlock the full developer tool, branded white-label PDFs, and the rest. You can cancel any time.
What does a "white-labelled PDF" actually look like?

Same 7-section feasibility report a homeowner would get, but with YOUR firm's logo in the header, your firm name on the cover, your contact info in the footer, and (optionally) your own intro paragraph instead of the default.

Think of it as: an architect spends 2 hours hand-writing a feasibility study before each client meeting. With Pro, you produce the same deliverable in 30 seconds, branded as your firm's work.

Are there per-report fees or volume caps?
No. Pro and Studio both include unlimited reports. We removed metered billing because it created friction for the exact use case the product is designed for (every client interaction starts with a feasibility study).
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Account page or via the Stripe Billing Portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period; no refunds, no fees.
How accurate is the feasibility math?
The envelope is computed from the actual City of Toronto cadastral parcel polygon + building-footprint dataset, with every dimensional rule in Bylaw 89-2022 applied. Cost figures source to the Altus 2026 Canadian Cost Guide + CMHC ADU data + Toronto-specific 2026 ADU builder surveys. Result is correct to ±30 cm — good enough to know if the project is feasible, but a licensed Ontario Land Surveyor is still required for permit-stage drawings.
Can I get a custom plan for a larger firm?
Yes — firms with 10+ seats, custom branding needs, or white-label requirements should email us at hello@siteyield.ai. We typically have a custom plan ready within 48 hours.
