SiteYield.ai (“SiteYield”, “we”) helps Toronto developers and homeowners assess real-estate development feasibility. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect little.
Your email address if you contact us, book a demo, or create an account. Addresses you enter into the tool (used only to fetch public parcel, zoning, and infrastructure data for that address). Basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics (pages viewed, features used).
Feasibility calculations run in your browser. We do not store your generated reports or models on our servers unless you explicitly save a project to your account.
We rely on a small number of providers to deliver the product: Mapbox (maps), the City of Toronto Open Data and Ontario Energy Board (public datasets), Anthropic (AI-assisted sections), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payments, if you subscribe). Each processes only the data needed for its function.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@siteyield.ai.
